AUTHENTIC / TRADITIONAL YOGA WITH PHILOSOPHY
Guest can enjoy several daily yoga and philosophy classes, including vinyasa, hatha, yin and pranayama session and sunset meditation, in our large yoga shala with stunning view under the coconut trees.
Retreat Program
✦ Traditional Indian Puja opening Ceremony with a Gift.
✦ There will be two yoga classes each day with Dev and Varun. The classes will be suitable for all levels and yoga experience.
✦ Each morning will begin with a yoga class of meditation and a flowing asana practice to open the body and tune the mind to the breath. The afternoon class will be more restorative and delve deeper into the postures.
✦ A Delicious Breakfast & Snacks served after morning and Evening class.
✦ There will be one sound healing therapy and Ice bath Therapy.
✦ Sun raise Boat trip (Dolphins watch, Butterfly beach visit etc)
✦ Kirtan Night (Devotional musical practice of chanting)
Things to do
The rest of the day can be spent lazing Goa style: lounging, reading or swimming in the Sea, playing on the beach or relaxing at beach with sun.
Ayurveda and spa offering massage / treatments with wonderful local therapists.
A cultural treat is plentiful with Temples and statue of Rama, a visit to the famous spice farm.
A visit to the beaches- Turtle beach, Talpona beach, Patnem Beach, Agonda beach with busy market stalls and colourful displays of the traders & wares - local crafts, Jewellery, clothes, silk, leather goods and spices many more
There are various day trips further afield that can be arranged for you such as water fall and old goa and Panjim , Portuguese colony
Indian cooking class, Art (painting) class, Pottery class can be arranged for you.
